Miralis is looking for a Sales Director for Canada

Responsibilities

As Sales Director, you report to the President and CEO and are a member of the executive committee. Your mandate is to identify, develop and implement sales strategies that will ensure the company's growth.

Demonstrating motivational leadership, you will guide and provide all the necessary support to your sales team in achieving the company's business objectives. You will have to use and develop the tools that will enable your team to achieve the desired results and you will monitor performance indicators related to your sector.

You will contribute to the company's growth by consolidating the current distribution network and developing long-term business partnerships with new distributors.

  • You have extensive experience in sales as well as in team management.

  • You have a university education in an appropriate discipline.
  • You are bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken.
