| Ingredients |
| 1 Homemade or Commercial Angel |
| Food Cake mix |
| 500 ml cream 35% |
| 2 boxes of strawberries |
| icing sugar |
| vanilla |
| Note Use enough cream between layers so it will drain from the borders and into the centre. |
| Stages |
| 1. Make the Angel Food Cake of your choice. |
| 2. Place into an ungreased tube pan |
| 3. Bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes. |
| 4. Turn it upside down to cool. |
| 5. Wash the strawberries, take one box and ahalf box and keep the remaining strawberries for topping. |
| 6. Whip the cream with the icing sugar and vanilla. |
| 7. Cut the cake horizontally in three layers, alternate: cake, cream, and sliced strawberries. |
| 8. Arrange the remaining strawberries on top. |
