| INGREDIENTS |
| 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) dry gin |
| 150 ml (5 oz.) club soda |
| 30 ml (1 oz.) lime juice |
| 15 ml (1/2 oz.) cane syrup (simple syrup) |
| 6 cucumber slices |
| Ice cubes |
| 1 cucumber spear |
| PREPARATION |
| 1. Place the cucumber slices in a highball glass and crush them with a muddler. |
| 2. Add a few ice cubes. |
| 3. Pour the rest of the ingredients into the glass except the cucumber spear. |
| 4. Stir with a mixing spoon. |
| 5. Garnish with the cucumber spear. |
