| MOJITO À L´ÉRABLE |
| INGREDIENTS |
| 350 ml (12 oz.) white rum |
| 350 ml (12 oz.) lime juice |
| 350 ml (12 oz.) maple syrup |
| 45 mint leaves |
| 1.5 litres (51 oz.) club soda |
| 1 lime cut into round slices |
| PREPARATION |
| 1. Combine lime juice, maple syrup and about 30 mint leaves in a large punch bowl. |
| 2. Crush with muddler. |
| 3. Add rum and the club soda. |
| 4. Serve in tall glasses filled with ice. |
| 5. Garnish with mint leaves and slices of lime. |
